The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance of the accommodation service booked by the Buyer electronically via www.atakonagim.com.tr, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
The room type, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, total fee, and payment information related to the service booked are provided to the Buyer during the booking process.
For online reservations made through the website, the reservation is confirmed upon successful collection of the full accommodation fee via the secure payment infrastructure and the sending of a reservation confirmation to the Buyer. The online reservation is not considered final until the payment is completed.
For online reservations, the total accommodation cost is collected via credit card or debit card. For reservations made by phone, a deposit may be collected from the customer as notified by the business; the remaining payment can be completed at the facility or by a method notified separately. Credit card information is not stored by Hemşin Ata Konağım; transactions are carried out through authorized payment institutions via a secure (SSL) connection.
According to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the related Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services that must be performed on a specific date or period.

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters beyond the control of the parties, official bans, transportation restrictions, etc., the parties shall reach a solution in good faith.
In case of disputes arising from this contract, consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
By completing the reservation process, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force electronically.
